Designing optimal shapes, thickness and deformation zones is the most important part of the production process of molded pulp. We, therefore, take great care of this service. All our products are designed by experienced designers directly in 3D applications which are subsequently transferred to CNC machines where pressing molds are made. During the designing phase clients are sent particular designs for consultation in 3D .pdf format which enables 3D browsing on every computer directly at customers’ site. Designing packets made of molded pulp is quite time-consuming work which takes 1 – 2 weeks. In order to design packets made of molded pulp as good as possible we need to know the following source information from every client:

• Shape and dimensions of the product to be packed
• Number of products per 1 packet
• Weight of the product to be packed
• Internal dimensions of cardboard boxes into which molded pulp containing the product will be put
